I'm Cynthia, and I live and breathe gardening. I decided to ditch the corporate world to focus on what truly matters—my family and my lifelong love of gardening. I created @melonmonologues, where I’ve overshared all things gardening.

In 2022, I was selected as the host of PBS Utah’s "Modern Gardener," where we dive into Utah's unique soil and gardening challenges. Then my husband and I decided to take over the reins of a 40-year-old nursery, the 42nd Street Greenhouse. After an epic first season growing and selling 400,000 plants, we decided to get into heirloom perennial chrysanthemums, and bought all 96 varieties of the Heritage Mum collection, including the renowned Lehman chrysanthemum stock, almost 80 years old.
