Order Requirements

A minimum order of 6 plants is required, priced at $35.70, exclusive of shipping charges.

Payment Options

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe online, accepting major credit cards as a valid form of payment.

Shipping Schedule

Shipments are dispatched on Mondays or Tuesdays each week, starting from March through June.

Shipping Methods

We utilize USPS Priority Mail for deliveries on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please plan for a 2-3 day transit time. Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee and address can be changed. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. We cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout. If your order does have an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@heritagemums.com. Please include your name, order number and correct shipping address.

Canadian and Overseas Orders

Our shipping services are limited to the continental United States, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE Hawaii, and Alaska.

Adjustments

While we ensure that all plants leave our nursery in optimal condition, if your plants arrive damaged or fail to thrive post-transplanting due to transit delays, heat, or freezing, kindly notify us within 4 days of receiving. We will make the necessary adjustments to address the issue promptly.

Return Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are available only in cases of receiving the wrong order or if the order arrives damaged. Heritage Mums does not facilitate exchanges on any product. Any concerns regarding your order must be communicated to info@heritagemums.com within four days of delivery.

Closure and Service Terms

While we value our customers, Heritage Mums reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or deactivate accounts, or to permanently close accounts. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, for any reason, at any time.
